Citron is more of an amber yellow, like on a traffic light, whereas Daffodil is a more pure sunny yellow.

Daffodil is a thicker formula, and more opaque. It is still moisturizing, but it does give you a truly matte finish. Citron has a very thin, slippery formula that is typical of NYX's lipsticks. It isn't completely opaque, and neither is Daffodil, but Daffodil is better with regards to opacity. Citron is also very moisturizing.

Citron rubs off easily because of its slipperiness, and leaves a stain on cups. Daffodil also rubs off eventually, but it sticks better than Citron. As far as staying power is concerned, Daffodil is definitely better.

CONCLUSION

Taking into consideration quality and color, I'd say go with Daffodil. Factor in what company is selling them and I would change my recommendation to Citron.
