Merlot

Merlot is a brick red, slightly plummy.

On NYX's website they call this color plum red, which I cannot see. Maybe it's just my tube, but this is almost certainly brick red and only a little bit plummy.

The finish of this is very matte, and the formula is nice and smooth. It isn't as slippery as other NYX lipsticks, but still very moisturizing and feels nice.

This is an extremely long lasting lipstick. This is the longest lasting NYX lipstick I've ever tried, it even stayed on through pizza (the ultimate lipstick test). Eventually it will fade a little, but it is subtle and only happens after a very long time.
