Mercury is a pale lilac with gold and blue shimmer.
T/S doesn't list blue shimmer in the description of this color, but I definitely detect a bit of blue in there. It is possible that the gold shimmers pick up the bluish hues in the lilac and make them more prominent.
The shadow goes on smoothly and has good pigmentation. The texture of the shadow itself is not entirely smooth, there is a bit of grittiness within it. You can't feel the grittiness on your skin but between my fingers it was certainly there. You can certainly build up the color, so you can go from a very light hint of color to full-on glittery shimmery.
Without a primer but with movement and activity this does not last long. There is also a lot of fallout both during and after application. If you don't touch it, don't mess with it, it's great. Since eyelids are where you generally use eyeshadow and eyelids are mobile this just wouldn't stay for too long of a time. T/S does mention that like all glittery shadows they work best with a primer designed especially for glitter. I imagine that they would be great with a primer, but just to be consistent I don't talk about primers/bases in my reviews.

Venus is a fiery, bronzed, copper-red.
This color is absolutely gorgeous. I like blacksmithing, as well as most things to do with fire, and this one gives me a warm feeling inside when I look at it.
Like the Mercury, this shadow applies smoothly though the texture itself is not entirely smooth. There will be quite a bit of fallout so do prepare yourself with some way to protect the rest of your makeup. You could apply it lightly or heavily, and honestly it's breathtaking however you wear it. I am currently obsessed with orange shadows.
Don't touch it or fuss with it at all and it'll last you all day, or longer. If you touch it or move it around it'll be gone within the first half hour. You will certainly get longer weartime if you use a primer, or a sticky base. Glitter Glue comes to mind.

EARTH

Good ol' Earth is a light jade green that magically combines the familiar brown, blue, and gold in the form of glitter and shifts.
As is becoming a theme in this collection, the shadow is gritty but applies relatively smoothly. It doesn't stick extremely well to bare skin so you will certainly experience fallout and quick fading. Definitely use a primer or base, especially one made for glittery shadows.
Applied lightly all over the lid this is a gorgeous green apple color, and applied heavily (as well as wet) I could see this being a great summery eyeliner.
MOON

Moon is a gold-taupe with plummy tones and gold sparkle.
This one lasts the longest out of the first four shadows, though the glitter is the first to go. Like all of the previous shadows, the pigmentation is good but buildable. The matte base of the shadow lasts the longest but the glitter and shimmer are simply gone fairly quickly.
After the aforementioned glitter is gone, the shadow is very smooth. Before that it is gritty due to the glitter. You can't feel the grittiness on your eyelids, but will feel it between your fingertips.
Similar: LSD by My Pretty Zombie, actually a blush, red/pink sparkle instead, smoother, longer lasting, less pigmented.
BLOOD MOON

Blood Moon is Moon's redder, more plummy sibling.
It is much smoother than all of the previous shadows, this is truly a smooth and silky shadow. There are no large chunks of glitter, more like small particles of shimmer.
Even a minute after application you can swipe your finger over this shadow and completely wipe away all of the shimmer, leaving me to recommend using a primer. These shadows all seem to have a bit of an issue with sticking to bare skin, which isn't that big of a problem because most people use primers (and if you don't, you should).
This shadow also is buildable.

MARS

Mars is a purplish ruby red-brown with red shimmer.
Like Blood Moon, we have another smooth and silky shadow. Again, I think that this is due to not having glitter like the first four do. Similarly to all of the shadows, however, it is buildable.
This doesn't even last as long as Blood Moon, meaning that it almost completely disappears within ten minutes. Even though I've already said it a million times, I'll say it again: use a primer.
One thing I desperately want to try is using this shade wet as a liner, and I encourage you to try the same.
JUPITER

Jupiter is a black-blue-green shadow with gold shimmer.
This shadow is very smooth, both in application and in texture. It is buildable in pigmentation. It lasts longer than Mars, but not as long as Blood Moon or Moon.
At first I thought it was strange that Jupiter was a bluish green shadow named after a decidedly orangey planet, but then I remembered that in Roman mythology Jupiter is the god of thunder and sky, the equivalent of Zeus, which made more sense.

SATURN

Saturn is an olive-gold shadow with seemingly gold shimmer.
I know that T/S calls it blue/green shimmer, but I honestly don't see it. I see the green of course, but I mix it into the oliveness of the gold shadow. It looks like old, tarnished gold. It's a beautiful color, and it is made more valuable because of how rare a color like this actually is in the cosmetics world. I look forward to using this color often.
Saturn applies smoothly and feels silky between my fingers as well as on my skin. As for how long it lasts, I'd place it on a scale somewhere between Jupiter and Mars.
This is quite a buildable shadow, which I think makes it good for defining creases and sockets.

I don't pick up too much of a shift here as I normally recognize a shift. It seems pretty much just matte-ish base with bits of sparks.
This is actually the longest lasting of the bunch. It sticks very, very well to skin and is wonderfully pigmented. It would certainly work best with a primer, but this shadow is the only one of the collection that doesn't necessarily need a primer. Again -- still use one, but it won't disappear on you if you don't. The sparks will fall off fairly quickly, though.

Once again, I'm not really seeing the shift here. I think a shift would be gorgeous, but I've heard that they're difficult to make. I don't know -- I've never tried making eyeshadows before, this is just hearsay. It could also just be my particular batch of Neptune and Uranus since not all indies are extremely consistent, not to say that indies aren't reliable -- that's not what I'm saying at all.
Regardless of if there truly is a shift or not, it is still a pretty color.
It doesn't last quite as long as Uranus, but they are definitely two of the longest lasting shadows in this collection, the other being Moon. Neptune does decay in a similar fashion to Uranus though, in that the shimmer/sparkle is the first thing to die. That's a pretty well-established principle among most indies.

Pluto is a shimmery gold-bronze with gold and blue sparkles.
I can just barely pick up on the blue sparkles here, but they are there if I look close enough.
This one isn't quite as soft and silky as Neptune and Uranus, but still is not gritty as it does not have glitter in it.
It retains its shimmer longer than all of the other shadows, because the base itself is metallic in addition to the sparkles mixed in. Saying that the shimmer lasts longer is only saying that they last longer in relation to how long the shadow itself lasts entirely. The shimmer is there until the shadow is gone, so it's either all there or it isn't there at all. As for how long the entire shadow lasts: not long. At all. Very fade-y.

CONCLUSION
I think these shadows are just gorgeous, so long as you be sure to use them with a primer or base.
There are a few shades in this collection that are unique which, to me at least, increases their value. Sure, some of the shades could use a slight bit of improvement, but since T/S is a fairly new company I think they're off to a great start.
In the hopes of being helpful and not malicious or rude, I want to list some of the things I think would make this collection are even better:
- Smoother glittery shadows
- Longer lasting
- Better adhesion to bare skin (not that big of a deal, really, since most people use primers)
As for the things I love:
- The science theme. The names of the shadows combined with the overall ambiance of the brand and website produce a wonderfully nerdy experience. Even though it is admittedly a bit nerdy, it is a high-class nerdy, like Lawrence Krauss' Universe From Nothing lecture compared to Neil deGrasse Tyson's Cosmos. Don't get me wrong, I love Cosmos, but it seems childish in comparison to how elegant yet still lighthearted Krauss' lecture was.
- Niamh herself. People on /r/indiemakeupandmore have already raved about how sweet of a person she is, and while I haven't really had first-hand interactions with her I have seen her around that sub and can confirm that she is very sweet.
- The diversity and uniqueness of these shadows.
Please, keep it up Niamh. I really like this collection and can't wait for more.
