Description from e.l.f.'s website:
Each Baked Palette features 10 gorgeous baked eyeshadows so you can achieve a flawless look whenever, wherever. The silky and blendable formula of our Baked Eyeshadow provides smooth and even application with each sweep of color. Baked in an oven, these eyeshadows offer rich pigmentation for a beautiful effect. Infused with active key ingredients Jojoba, Rose, Sunflower, Apricot and Grape to nourish and hydrate the skin. The long-lasting and shimmering color can be worn wet for a vibrant effect or dry for sheer pigmentation, offering a variety of gorgeous eye looks!

Like in the previous palette I reviewed, these shadows have a lot of fallout. Unfortunately the powdery run-off sticks with a deathgrip on the palette's interior surface, making for a very messy-looking palette.

These colors are able to be used wet or dry, which is a definite plus because you have more versatility.

Top 5 colors
Consider this top row to be A, with the shadows from left to right numbering 1-5.

A1 is a babyish powder-pink that comes very close to being matte. It isn't fully matte, but it is very close to it. It doesn't show up much without a primer or over other eyeshadows, but this could just be due to the fact that it's so light.

A2 is a metallic pink-leaning lilac with gold shift. This color is the most gorgeous out of the palette, if I may be so bold to say so. It has a very vintage feel to it.

A3 is a vibrant satin warm-toned purple. This is my second favorite color of this palette, coming very close to A2.

A4 is a vibrant satin cool-toned purple. Almost the same as A3, but definitely with more blue in it.

A5 is a dark metallic taupe-y mauve. On skin it looks a lot darker than it looks in the pan, so use it very lightly or else you'll be overpowered with pigmentation.

This whole top half of the palette is the colorful part. These are all pinks and purples, which are perfect for spring, summer, or even fall.

Bottom 5 colors
This bottom row is B, with the colors numbered similarly from left to right 1-5.

B1 is mostly pure white satin with a light gold shift. It is identical to the NYC Palette's A3.

B2 is a satin silver with light blue undertones. It is similar to the NYC Palette's A5, but it isn't entirely identical.

B3 is metallic silvery pewter. It is similar to the NYC Palette's B3 but it is lighter and a bit more shimmery.

B4 is a nearly-matte charcoal. This color is very difficult to get to stick to skin, with or without primer. I haven't yet tried this color wet but maybe that would make it stick better.

B5 is a burnt chocolate with flecks of gold shimmer. It isn't as bad as B4 where pigmentation's concerned, but it is still a tricky shadow to work with.

This bottom half of the palette is the more monochromatic side. These colors are all good for highlights or definitions

CONCLUSION

I love this palette for the springy purples and icy monochromes. Two of the shadows are a bit disappointing as far as application is concerned, B4 and B5, which is disappointing but not dealbreaking. Using this palette in conjunction with other palettes gives you a lot more versatility, so I would encourage you to do that.

Like the other Baked Eyeshadow Palettes from e.l.f. this palette is a relatively cheap $10. Watch out for sales, though, since e.l.f. runs promotions and sales nearly every day.
